At the beginning of week 2 I set 2 small goals for myself.
#1 - walk 2x this week
#2 - loose at least 2.5 lbs
I had a pretty good week. I stayed completely on points and walked just on day that week. I had all these good intentions but not the get up and go to get out there walking.
I weighted in at the end of that week at 245.5 lbs, down 2lbs that week. For a total of 5.5lbs lost.
