I joined weight watchers on March 5, 2009 at a whopping 251lbs. I went home that week determined that this would be the last time I ever see that number on a scale. I set 5 goals for my self that week.
Goals
-25lbs by June 9th, 2009 - my 30th Birthday
-50lbs by Sept 9th, 2009
-75lbs by Dec 9th, 2009
-100lbs by March 9th, 2010 - this will put me back at my orginal goal of 151lbs
-115lbs by June 9th, 2010 - my 31st Birthday
I weighted in at the end of that week at 247.5 lbs for a weight lose of 3.5lbs
I was pumped and ready to rock it week 2
