Week Three

I decided that is would be the week that I learned to run. I was not thinking about the fact that I have terriable knees and running is a terriable idea. I started out running the first day and I ran half a block walked half a block ran half a block so on and so on. I went around our whole block, it's not that far and it only took me about 10mins. I was red as a cherry tomatoe when I was finished and I could hardly breath but I was pretty proud of myself. That was the last time I ran that week. I had all these good intenisons again but lacked that get up and go. I did well with the WW program and I continued to eat all of the flex point that week as it seemed to work well for me the last 2 weeks.

I weighted in at the end of that week at 242.5lbs, down 3lbs for a total of 8.5lbs lost

Sooooo happy I was leaving that weigh in ... wow 8.5lb in just 3 short weeks.
