How it all started

I have battled with my weight for years. It all started when I was a kid, looking back at my school photos I would have a year where I was skinny then a year where I was fat. I remember weighing 160lbs in grade 11 and 12 I maintained that weight by walking everywhere. After graduation I moved to North Bay to attend college. I lived on campus and went from walking everywhere to walking no where. My weight ballooned out of control by the time I graduated 2 years later I had gained 57lbs and weighted 217lbs. I joined weight watchers 2 months after graduation after having seen myself in photos. I had great success with the program, I lost 67lbs and was down to 150lbs in just 9 months. I was going to the gym daily after work and loving life. About 6 months later I became pregnant, all day nausea prevented me from going to the gym and I gained 90lbs with my pregnancy. My son Aiden was born October 31, 2001, I lost 23lbs before I was even home from the hospital which was a good start, I went back to weight watchers and lost an additional 37lbs. I was 30lbs from goal and weighted 180lbs when I begin having relationship problems and I went back to school. I gained back 20lbs and my relationship ended. I became a single mother and spent my time focused on school and my son and let my weight goals go to the way side. I spent the next few years battling the same 10-15lbs up and down I tried all sorts of diets but never with much success. I started dating my husband Mike in December 2005 and we where married in December 2006. We became pregnant in early 2007. I was 210lbs when I became pregnant, I gained 30lbs with this pregnancy. My son Braidleigh was born December 10, 2007. I was not so lucky this time none of the weight came off before I left the hospital and over the course of the next year I yo yo dieted and end up gaining an additional 11 lbs. On March 1, 2009 I decided to go back to weight watcher for the final time to get healthy so I can spend a long happy life with my children.
