

This week I set a goal to earn 40 Activity Points. I smashed that goal and I have earned a total of 56. I am loving the Power 90 program. I am so excited to see my 30 day results
my fitness schedule for this week
Thursday - No activity
Friday- 2hour 45 min walk = 10 Activity Points
Sat- 35min Power walk = 3 Activity Points
Sat- 40min Power 90 Sweat with Abs= 8 Activity Points
Sun- 20 min Power walk = 2 Activity Points
Sun- 28min Power 90 Sculpt = 5 Activity Points
Monday- 30 min Power walk = 2 Activity Points
Monday-40min Power 90 Sweat with Abs= 8 Activity Points
Tuesday- 36 min Power 90 Sweat = 7 Activity Points
Wed- 60 min Power 90 Scuplt, Sweat with abs = 11 Activity Points
Total = 56 Activity Points
I had my wi this after noon at 239lbs that's 1lb gone for a total of 12lbs lost. That's is 5% of my total body weight gone in 7 weeks. I know that 12lbs in 7weeks is awesome, but I can't help by wishing this process was faster. I know It took me longer than 7 weeks to get fat, but don't you just wish as if by magic it would all just fall off. That's just a little wishful thinking on my part. Oh well, back to reality and back to working hard. I am worried that maybe I am not eatting enough, I know what sounds silly, you think when your loosing weight that less food is best right!! Wrong. I think I am going to try and eat maybe 1/2 of my Activity Points this week and Hope I see good results. Here is hoping for 3lb or more lose this week.

You are doing great... i find that i have to eat my activity points - you are using a lot of energy and you need to replace at least some of it - let us know how eating some of your AP's goes!
