Just a little update!!
It's been a busy week and everyday I have ment to get on here and write but I never seem to find the time. I continue to make sure to have the time to workout tho, some might think I am crazy but the last thing I do before bed other than shower is my workout, if you drive by my house anytime between 10-midnight you might just see me in the livingroom workin this oversized body of mine. I am now on day11 of the power 90 program and it is kicking my ass. I feel stronger already tho. Lastnight when I was doing the scuplt part of the program we have to do what is called 7-7-7, you do three sets of 7 pushup with your arms a varying widths apart. when I started 10 days earlier I could hardly do 1 pushup, now I was able to do 4-4-4, I'm not so sure my form is what it should be, but I am certainly doing 100% better than I was 10 days earlier. I mentioned in my pervious post that I was worried that I was not eatting enough, so I am trying to eat some of the activity points this week, I have eattin all my flex and dipped in to my activity points lastnight. I'm sooo hoping that all this hard work will pay off, I'm not sure how I am going to handle it if i go to wi tomorrow and I am not down at least 2lbs. Speaking of tomorrow, I'm not sure how I will handle this, but I have to go for a colonoscopy thursday because colon cancer is pervelant in my family. I have to fast starting tomorrow am so nothing solid to eat all day. I don't know how to work in my daily points that way, I guess I am going to have to be creative with my fluids to try and get thos calories in. Not that it will matter much because with the prep I have to take all of what goes in will come right back out ... yukkkk ... so not looking forward to tomorrow. I am hoping tha I will be able to get my work out in early before I have to start my prep... Wish Me luck.
