Staying on Track

This is the first chance this week I have gotten to write. I am staying on the right track tho.. I didn't let the rain stop me on monday. I had planned to go walking on my lunch hour again on monday only one small problem stood in my way, I looked out the window at work just before my lunch break and it was pouring. At first I was quite disapointed!!! Then all of a sudden a giant light bulb went off in my head and I thought Melissa your a genius ... lol ... I work across from a Mall ( a not so busy mall), I thought if the mall walkers walk in the mall during the winter, why can't I when it is raining. SO THAT IS JUST WHAT I DID.... I power walked for 30 min in the mall, ppl might of thought I was strange going around and around and up and down the stairs, but when I was done I felt great. I came home and did the Power 90 Cardio work out after work also earning me a total of 10 Activity Points. I am apsolutley loving this workout, soon I hope to be strong enough to do the yoga properly, I'm sorta cheating at the plank as I can not do it just yet but aleast I'm trying. I have also notice that the pain in my back that I had been living with for the last few months is GONE!!!!! I could not be more happy about that I can finally get a good nights sleep. I had a meeting yesterday at work so I didn't get a full lunch break so I never managed to get out for a walk. However I did do my Power 90 cardio when I got home earning me 7 Activity Points yesterday.

Last night was date night. Mike and I went out to The Red Dog with friends and had to much to drink I used 18 of my flex for drinks. It was so much fun, it has been awhile since we got out where Mike's band was not playing. I could of done with out the shooters the kept ending up in my hand. I was hurting this morning and I still feel pretty lazy this evening. I will still be doing my workout tonight tho, hung over or not.
