Well I got a rude awaking this morning, I woke at up at 5 am to Mike stepping on me as he got out of bed to go vomit. Poor Guy. Off to work today for 12 hours I went. I had packed a yummy stir fry with rice noodles for lunch, I gobbled it down on my break and out side I went. I power walked for 2 mins down by the river, it was a beautiful day and I really enjoyed getting out and moving. I earned 2 activities points while I was at it. I did find myself to be hungry alot today, I guess working 12 hours is mostly responsible. I used 10 flex points today so I could have 2 small slices of pizza with my family when I got home from work. After I got the kids in to bed and the tornado that happened to my house while the kid where home with a sick dad all day cleaned up, I got in another workout. Today I did the Power 90 sculpt ... wow I'm really not in shape at all. There where a few spot where pushups where required I tried but I am no where near strong enough to life my body weight yet, so the thrid time I decided to do something else while they did pushups, I did some kick boxing to keep me moving. I also found I was not able to do the dips either ... damn it I need some upper body strenght. I am going to purchase a yoga mat and resistance bands sometime this week. This sculpting work out earned me another 5 activity points putting my weekly total at 28 activity points. 12 more points to reach my weekly goal ... I am so kicking butt this week I could not be more proud of myself. I am determined to keep it up!!
