Week 8

Well this is a week late in coming, but like they say better late then never. I went and wi earlier in the day this week because I had to start my prep for the fun colonscopy that night. The prep was not as bad and I had expected and I managed to get thru it OK. There were 4 ployps found and I have to wait another week for the results .... that's a little nerve racking, to say the least.

I had set a goal of 50 Activity Points this week, which I now think may be a bit excessive. The weather was no so great and I didn't get out walking much. I only earned 36 Activity Points doing Power 90 each day. I am still pretty proud of myself tho. I think 30 is a more realistic goal for future.

Thursday - Power 90 Sweat = 7 AP
Friday - Power 90 Sculpt = 5 AP
Sat- Power 90 Sweat = 7 AP
Sun- Power 90 Sculpt =5 AP
Mon - Power 90 Sweat = 7 AP
Tues - Power 90 Sculpt = 5 AP
Wed - Break

Total AP - 36


I weighted in at 239lb again, so no lost this week. Talk about frustrating, I am working my ass of doing Power 90 and getting no results. I decided to give it one more week and see what happens.
