Week Five

I started this week pissed off and determined. I didn't know why I gained weight last week, but I was not going to let it happen again. I counted points, drank lots of water. However this was the weekend I was having my best girl friend down to go out and party. we went out to the bar to watch my husband band play www.counterfitfifty.com. We had drinks and plently of fun. I stuck with light beer and stayed away from the shooters. I used 25 of my 35 flex points that night. That just ment I had to be extra good the rest of the week.

I weighted in that week at 242lbs down 2lbs this week for a total of 9lbs lost.
